Windmill which use wind energy is easy to operate. Generally, everyone could operate it because it uses simple technology. Operating of windmill consists of activities to control propeller rotation or the other parts. We only need to control the brake lever to run well windmill. Beside that windmill must be sure to face to wind direction which will be run automatically by tail. If the windmill bought by government or private companies for community development, it could be operated by a group has been elected. This group is given responsibilities to operate and repair it.

Maintenance Scheme

For maintenance, everyone could handle it because the windmill technology is easy and the spare parts could be found in domestic. If the windmill bought by government or private companies for community development, the maintenance could be done by a group has been elected. This group is given responsibilities to save and repair it.

Maintenance activities of windmill are done by periodic as follows:

1. Daily monitoring to check all of windmill condition and be sure it runs well.
2. Periodic maintenance such as giving grease to the gear, pumping and other parts which has wears activities to prevent damage to the parts.
3. Painting periodic to prevent corrosion process to windmill material from environmental influence.
4. As long as checking that we found the windmill parts are broken, it has to repair or replace it.
