  7. The business will run well if the margin is maintained.

  9. Unlimited Revenue comes from satisfied clients.
  10. Optimal mutual benefits will be gained from the cooperation between the big  and the small organization.
  11. Maximum take home pay ratios of employees have to be determined before starting activities.
  12. Individual tips and side jobs decline the main business.
  13. Lost and profit made by employees are owned by the company.
  14. Narrowing information gap in the organization increase the efficiency.
  15. Open management strengthens the business structure.
  16. Management control system is based on a concept of, "don't trust to anyone".
