Indonesia as a large and one of the most populous countries in the world has problem to supply the energy needs, with more than 220 million people in Indonesia with diversity of jobs such as farmers and fishing. Indramayu and Cirebon regency with most people are dependant on paddy field and one of the main rice productions in Indonesia, occur drought season every year. In the past, as long as drought season the farmers always used diesel pump machine to irrigate their plantation because the price of petrol-diesel was still cheaper. But since the global oil price increased more than USD 70 per barrel and government decreased subsidy to petrol-oil consumption, the farmers are difficult to irrigate their plantation because they have no enough money to buy petrol-diesel. Beside that many plantations are located in rural area which has no electric current from PLN (Indonesian National Electric Company). So, in drought season many plantations in Indonesia have no productivity.
For that we need to develop renewable energy such as solar, wind and water energy which could fulfill the need of energy consumption with cheaper price. One of the cheaper energies is wind energy or we could call it as free energy. Wind Energy as one of renewable energies, its kinetic and potential energy should be changed to mechanic energy to fulfill the need of energy consumption by utilizing of the wind turbine which will generate to pump water from wells or rivers.
